Cloud Device

- Change region and language on Cloud DeviceSettings → General → Language & Region. Match Region to the current exit IP. Add a language if you want the UI in Chinese or another locale.
- Change the time zone on Cloud DeviceSettings → General → Date & Time → Time Zone, then search a city. This does not change the exit IP. Region is a separate setting.

Group control
