Is Cloud Device a real iPhone, or Android in a costume?
Real iPhone hardware in the facility — not an Android emulator or an iOS skin. The industry also calls it an iOS cloud phone. Touch is hardware HID, not software-layer fake taps.
Why does Cloud Device have fewer features than Home Device?
Home Device hardware is in your hands, so cloning and data cleanup can be opened. Cloud Device’s value is ready-to-use, a facility US line, and the same console / same groups as Home Device.
What network does Cloud Device ship with?
Facility default is a US dedicated line, ready when you start. You can add SK5; you bring the nodes. That’s your config, not us selling you a proxy.
What’s the shortest cycle? Does it stop when it ends?
The console starts in 30-day cycles. One device is $10.97; more devices are cheaper, 50–100 at $8.19. It stops if you don’t renew — no auto-charge, no penalty. Shorter cycles aren’t for sale in the console today. 101+ is a custom quote.
Can I run Cloud Device next to my own phones?
Yes. After start they appear in the same list. Mix them into a Home Device group and operate together.
Can Cloud Device sign in to Apple ID and download from the App Store?
No. Install from the console app market. If an app is missing, ask sales to put it on the phone. See How to install apps in the help center.
