How does billing work?

Per device. Home Device and Cloud Device tier separately. Home Device is a control-seat fee: from $4.03/mo, down to about $0.97/mo yearly at 50–100. Cloud Device is 30-day: $10.97 for one, $8.19 at 50–100. 101+ is a custom quote. Drag the calculator above for the real unit price.

Is there a free trial?

No. We say that up front. Connecting Home Device has no setup fee — try one seat and the trial cost is one month. Cloud Device minimum is one 30-day cycle at $10.97.

Do more devices get a better price?

Yes. Public tiers to 100: Home Device 1–4 at $4.03/mo, down to about $0.97/mo yearly at 50–100. Cloud Device 1–4 at $10.97 / 30 days, down to $8.19 at 50–100. The two products don’t combine to jump tiers. 101+ is custom.

How do I set the device network?

Home Device uses the phone’s own network (Shadowrocket optional). Cloud Device defaults to a US dedicated line, SK5 optional. You bring the nodes. We don’t sell proxy lines.

Why is Home Device more expensive than some PC farm licenses?

PC software is a one-time license on your computer, and that’s the ceiling. We run a living service: console, connect-from-anywhere, cloud storage, and media dispatch — those have ongoing cost. Pay for that only if you actually need multi-user and remote management.

Can I get a refund after I start?

Home Device and Cloud Device are digital services. Starting a plan occupies a seat or a facility phone, so a no-reason return does not apply. We generally do not refund once started unless we failed to deliver or caused sustained downtime. Changing your mind, third-party bans, or a device that cannot take TrollStore/jailbreak are not refund reasons — we state the Home Device prerequisite before you pay. Full rules: /terms.
