Privacy Policy
Shaanxi Huitou Network Co., Ltd. (“we”) operates WangzhaPro. This policy explains what information we process, why, how long, and how you can exercise your rights. Using the service means you have read this policy. Where the law requires a separate consent, we will prompt you again in the console.
The Chinese version controls if this page differs. Product rules are in the Terms of Service. We are the personal-information processor. Payments are handled by third-party processors under their own rules.
1. Who we are
Processor: Shaanxi Huitou Network Co., Ltd. (陕西慧投网络有限公司). Product: WangzhaPro (Home Device, Cloud Device, Project Control, and the console). Contact: WeChat yi89xs, Telegram wangzhapro, or the console.
2. What we process
We process what is needed to deliver the service, complete transactions, keep the system safe, and meet legal duties:
- Account: sign-in identifiers, login history, sub-accounts and roles, contact details you give us.
- Transactions: orders, plans, start/end dates, invoice titles. Payment institutions handle card/wallet data; we usually receive the result only.
- Devices: console name, online status, iOS version, access channel (e.g. TrollStore vs jailbreak), project and group. Home Devices sit with you; we do not see unrelated local files unless you send them through the service.
- Screen and task flow: to provide remote use, video, touches, keystrokes, group-control sync, media dispatch, and commands you start pass through our servers and may be buffered briefly. That is the feature, not us browsing your content.
- Cloud-drive media: images, video, and other files you upload.
- Support: model, iOS version, and problem descriptions you send on WeChat, Telegram, or in the console.
- Logs and security: IP, time, action type, fault and abuse records.
- Necessary cookies: session, language, security. We do not sell them.
Do not put unrelated ID documents, payment cards, codes, or other people’s private data on the screen, in the drive, or in tickets. If you do, we treat it as submitted to handle that request.
3. Screen and task traffic
Connect-from-anywhere needs a relay: the phone and your browser are often not on the same LAN. Screen and controls cannot reach you without passing our systems.
- The default purpose is delivery to accounts you authorize (including sub-accounts), not staff viewing.
- Staff must not inspect screens or media unrelated to their job. Technical logs for incidents stay limited to what the incident needs.
- A screen may show your data or other people’s data. You are responsible for what you display and for having a lawful basis.
- We are not the editor of what you post inside third-party apps, and we do not decide that content in ordinary service.
4. Purposes and legal bases
- Contract: provisioning, billing, mirroring, group control, relay, media dispatch, sub-accounts, and support.
- Security and legitimate interests: account theft, abuse, incidents, protecting the service and other users.
- Legal duty: cybersecurity and similar log-retention and disclosure rules.
- Separate consent where the law requires it (including certain cross-border disclosures).
5. Processors, sharing, and cross-border
We may use infrastructure, payment, messaging, or support vendors under our instructions. We do not sell your personal information.
Cloud Device uses a US facility egress by default. Home Devices stay where you put them. Screen and commands may pass through nodes in or outside China. Starting Cloud Device or connect-from-anywhere means you understand that technical data needed for the session you started may cross borders. You may skip Cloud Device, or not turn on relay, and judge whether Home Device on your own network is enough.
We may disclose the minimum needed to competent authorities or courts, or to handle a claim you are party to.
6. Retention
- Accounts and orders: for the life of the account plus the shortest period the law requires (transaction records are often at least three years).
- Live screen and task traffic: only long enough to deliver and schedule; not kept as your content archive. Incident logs roll off on a shorter cycle unless the law says keep them.
- Cloud-drive media: until you delete them or the account is closed and cleaned up.
- After a Cloud Device expires or is reclaimed, data on the phone may be wiped and cannot be restored.
7. Your rights
Where applicable you may access, copy, correct, or complete your information, and request deletion, restriction, or an explanation. Much of this is already in the console.
Deletion or account closure may wait on open orders, invoices, and legal retention. After closure we stop the service and delete or anonymize when the legal period ends, except what the law still requires.
Use section 11 to contact us. We may need to verify you, and we will reply within the statutory time.
8. Children
The service is for adults and businesses with full legal capacity, not for children under 14. If a child’s data was submitted, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Security
We use access control, transport protection, and role separation appropriate to the product. No internet path is perfectly safe. Use a strong password, limit sub-accounts, and drop unused devices. If a breach must be notified by law, we will notify and report as required.
10. Cookies
The site and console use necessary cookies for sign-in, language, and security. Blocking them may break login. We do not sell cookies for unrelated ads.
11. Changes and contact
Updates are published on this page. Material changes will be flagged in the console or notices when practical.
