Terms of Service
These Terms are the agreement between you and Shaanxi Huitou Network Co., Ltd. (“we”) for WangzhaPro (Home Device, Cloud Device, Project Control, the console, and related services). Registering, signing in, starting a plan, renewing, or continuing to use the service means you agree.
The Chinese version is the only binding text. If this English page differs, the Chinese Terms control. Read sections 4–7 before you pay: refunds, our role as a relay, TrollStore/jailbreak, and prohibited uses. The Privacy Policy also applies.
1. Acceptance and changes
You must have full legal capacity. If you start service for an organization, you confirm you are authorized and that organization is bound.
We may update these Terms on this page with a new date. Material changes will be flagged in the console or notices when practical. Continued use after publication is acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the service and do not start new plans.
2. What the service is
WangzhaPro is a technical platform for using and managing real iPhones remotely: live mirroring in the browser, touch and group-control sync, connect-from-anywhere (screen and commands relayed through our servers), cloud-drive media dispatch, app install/uninstall, and project / sub-account device management. What is live is what the console and the public capability list say. Items marked later are not delivered yet.
- Home Device: you connect iPhones you already own. You keep the hardware; we charge for console seats. Connecting a device has no setup fee.
- Cloud Device: you rent the right to use a real iPhone in our facility for a billing period. You are not buying the phone. Starting a plan occupies a unit and its line.
- Project Control and add-ons: TikTok automation, onboarding help, annual support, and similar items follow what the console shows at purchase.
We do not sell proxy nodes or a “cross-border connectivity product.” Home Device uses the phone’s own network (you may install Shadowrocket yourself). Cloud Device ships with a US facility egress; you may add SK5 yourself. You are responsible for where those nodes come from and whether they are lawful.
This is an online digital service (a virtual product). Capacity, bandwidth, or human time is consumed as soon as a plan starts. It is not a shipped physical good.
3. Accounts and sub-accounts
- Provide accurate contact details and keep them current.
- You keep your credentials. Actions taken with them are treated as yours.
- Sub-accounts are created and scoped by the primary account. The primary account is responsible for what those users do.
- Do not steal, resell, or lend accounts for prohibited activity. Partner programs may have separate written or console terms.
- We may verify, limit, or freeze accounts after unusual sign-ins, complaints, or lawful inquiries.
4. Fees, activation, and refunds
Price, tiers, and period follow the console and pricing page at the time you start. Home Device and Cloud Device tier separately. If you do not renew, that service stops. We do not auto-charge, and there is no early-termination penalty.
4.1 Why refunds are usually unavailable after start
A Home Device seat immediately occupies console quota and relay capacity. A Cloud Device immediately occupies a real phone, power, network, and operations cost. Those costs are incurred at start and cannot be returned like an unopened box.
The service is a digital product that, once started, is not subject to a no-reason return. By paying or clicking to start, you confirm you have read this section and accept that refunds are generally not available except where we are at fault.
4.2 When a refund may apply
- Not started yet: paid orders that have not occupied a seat or facility phone may be refunded at the amount actually paid.
- We cannot deliver: for example a Cloud Device cannot be provisioned for an extended time, or what you received is materially different from the key specs shown at purchase, and we cannot replace or remedy it in a reasonable time.
- We cause sustained downtime on an already-started plan, and it is not your network, your device environment, a third-party platform, or force majeure. We may add time or refund the unused days after review.
4.3 When we generally do not refund
- The plan already started or renewed, and you later change your mind, cannot operate it, or stop the project.
- A third-party platform limits, bans, or penalizes your accounts, or results fall short of your expectations.
- Home Device: your model or iOS build cannot take TrollStore/jailbreak, setup fails, an OS update drops the environment, or power/network is unstable. The site already states this prerequisite.
- Cloud Device: your own proxy node fails, a destination site blocks facility egress, or your own actions make the unit unusable.
- Unused days on a yearly or discounted period.
- One-off or period human services (onboarding, hands-on support) once work has started.
- Suspension or termination because you breached these Terms.
Approved refunds go back through the original payment channel. For invoices, contact sales. If an invoice was already issued, tax rules apply first.
5. We relay traffic; we do not run your business
To let you open a browser from anywhere and use a phone, the system relays screen video, touches and keystrokes, group-control sync, media dispatch, and task/command flows you start through our servers, with short-lived scheduling buffers as needed. That path exists to provide remote use. It is not us doing your work for you.
- We do not watch your screen in the ordinary course, not operate your devices, and not decide what you tap, post, or which account you use.
- We cannot and will not operate your activity on third-party platforms as part of normal service. How you run tasks, accounts, and content is yours.
- You are the sole party responsible for device actions, account use, published content, and outcomes — including those of your sub-accounts, staff, and customers.
- Enforcement by third-party platforms against you is not our breach and is not a refund reason.
“We are only a platform” does not mean we may ignore unlawful use. We keep necessary logs and may stop transmission, limit an account, retain records, and report as required when we receive a rights-holder notice, a lawful request, or have reasonable grounds to believe the law is being broken. See section 7 and the Privacy Policy.
You confirm that devices you connect are yours, or that you have clear authorization from the owner. You will not use the service to snoop on, control, or take over someone else’s device or accounts. If you assign devices to sub-accounts or clients, you must keep them under these Terms and you remain responsible to us for their use.
6. TrollStore, jailbreak, and device modification
Home Device installs our connector (such as WZT) on the phone. The phone must <strong>already have</strong> TrollStore or a jailbreak. Stock iPhones with no such environment cannot connect. TrollStore usually does not require a jailbreak and can leave iOS otherwise stock, but it is still a non-App-Store install path. Cloud Device is prepared on our side; you do not jailbreak it.
- We do not provide, sell, or distribute programs or tools designed to intrude into or unlawfully control other people’s computer systems, and we do not teach attacks against others’ devices.
- You prepare TrollStore or jailbreak on hardware you own. How you obtained that environment, and whether it complies with local law and Apple’s licenses, is your responsibility.
- Onboarding help is only on your request, and only on a device you confirm you own or are authorized to configure, so that your phone can join this service — not to attack or alter someone else’s device.
- Jailbreak or unofficial install channels can affect warranty, stability, updates, and detection by some apps. We do not promise a given device can be set up, or that third parties will never detect the environment.
- App cloning and keychain/sandbox cleanup may be used only on devices and accounts you are allowed to use, for your own isolation and ops — not to steal, impersonate, or defraud.
Whether a model and iOS build can take TrollStore or a jailbreak depends on public issues and versions, not on us. Check first. Do not upgrade or downgrade just to connect.
7. Acceptable use
You must follow the laws of the People’s Republic of China and the laws of the places where you, the devices, and your audience are located. Use the service only for lawful remote device use, testing, operations, and account work you are authorized to do.
You may not use the service — or help others use it — to:
- Commit fraud, extortion, money laundering, gambling, pornography, drug, weapons, or other crimes.
- Infringe personal information, steal accounts, or intercept other people’s codes.
- Intrude into or unlawfully control others’ computer systems, or supply tools for that purpose.
- Attack networks or devices, spread malware, mine, or run destructive code.
- Publish unlawful information, or infringe reputation, privacy, or intellectual property.
- Harm minors.
- Run fake transactions, fake engagement, or fabricated traffic/credit for fraud.
- Evade law enforcement, destroy others’ evidence, or refuse a lawful investigation.
When you use third-party sites or apps, their rules also apply. Group control does not make a banned action lawful. Bans, charges, or claims from those platforms are yours.
We may warn, limit, suspend, terminate, delete related data, or refuse new plans, and we may keep records and report as required. Fees already started are not refunded in those cases. We may also pursue legal remedies.
8. Devices, media, and data
- You are responsible for Home Device hardware, OS, warranty, power, heat, and network.
- Cloud Device hardware belongs to us or our partners. You get use during the paid period. After expiry or termination we may reclaim the unit and wipe it. Back up what you need.
- Do not store unrelated ID documents, payment cards, or other people’s private data on devices or in the drive.
- You warrant you have rights to media, scripts, and copy you upload, and that they are lawful.
- Outages, reclaim, or your own mistakes can lose data. Except where the law requires otherwise, we are not liable for resulting business loss.
9. Personal information and logs
How we handle accounts, devices, screen relay, and logs is in the Privacy Policy. Relay and troubleshooting need certain technical data. We may retain records as required by cybersecurity and similar laws.
10. Intellectual property
The site, console, software, copy, marks, UI, and docs belong to us or our licensors. Do not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, scrape, or impersonate them without written permission. Your business assets remain yours; you grant us the processing needed to provide and secure the service.
11. Disclaimers and liability cap
To the extent permitted by law:
- The service is provided as-is. We do not promise revenue, ranking, account survival, or that third parties will never detect the setup.
- We are not liable, to the extent permitted, for force majeure or failures at Apple, carriers, payment providers, clouds, your network, or third-party sites; we will help investigate where reasonable.
- Loss of a jailbreak/TrollStore environment, OS updates, and hardware wear are yours to handle.
- We do not warrant your decisions, content, or outcomes.
Our liability for a given service dispute is capped, where the law allows, at the fees you actually paid for that service in the twelve months before the dispute. The cap does not apply to personal injury or loss caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.
12. Changes and termination
We may change, pause, or retire features, or change prices for plans not yet started. Except as these Terms or the law require, we will not shorten a cycle you already paid because of a later price rise. You may stop by not renewing. We may terminate immediately for a serious breach.
13. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (without conflict-of-law rules). Negotiate first. If that fails, courts at the domicile of 陕西慧投网络有限公司 have jurisdiction. The Chinese text controls.
If one clause is invalid, the rest still apply. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver.
