WangzhaProHome Device + Cloud Device
Team & assignment

The phones are yours. You can let someone else use them.

Open a sub-account and assign devices by machine. They log in with their own username and password and only see those phones. Same mechanism for splitting work inside a team, or renting machines to a customer.

  • Sub-accounts are not billed extra
  • Regular 6 / partner 50
  • Cloud Device and Home Device both assign
  • Reclaim anytime, takes effect immediately
How it works

Three steps and it’s assigned

1

Devices on the main account

Connect your iPhones as Home Device, or start facility Cloud Devices. Both can be assigned, and mixed in one group.

2

Create a sub-account

Create it in the console, or send an invite link. They get their own username and password — they don’t share yours.

3

Tick devices, assign

Pick the machines. Assignment is instant. Reclaim whenever you want; they don’t have to cooperate.

What a sub-account can do

  • Log in and see assigned devices
  • Live mirroring and synced group control
  • Dispatch media, install/uninstall apps, run scripts
  • Group those devices

What a sub-account cannot do

  • See any device you didn’t assign
  • Order Cloud Devices themselves
  • Connect new Home Devices themselves
  • Top up, see the wallet, or see your books
Two uses

Split work inside. Collect rent outside.

Same mechanism. The only difference is whether the other person is staff or a customer.

Inside the team: each person only touches their batch

Ops A runs 20, ops B runs 30. Each login only sees their own machines. When someone leaves, freeze the sub-account — you don’t re-connect a single phone.

  • Group by project or client
  • Leave → freeze the account, devices stay
  • Main account always sees everything

Outside: rent the phones to customers

You buy a batch, open sub-accounts, assign, charge what you want. They get login, mirroring, and group control — not a view of how many machines you still have, and they can’t buy more.

  • You set the resale price, no platform cut
  • Customers are isolated from each other
  • Stop paying → reclaim; hardware is still yours
The mechanism

Authorize by device. You set the price.

Devices sit on your account. A sub-account only gets the machines you assigned. Money and after-sales stay between you two. We don’t take a cut.

No platform settlement

We don’t collect rent or escrow. Collection and after-sales are between you and them.

No auto-reclaim on expiry

Assignment has no lease term. Reclaim is a manual click — instant, but you have to remember the date.

Permission is per device, not per feature

You can’t grant mirroring without group control. Whatever that device can do today, they can do.

Can’t assign to an independent account

Only sub-accounts under you. If they already have a standalone WangzhaPro login, that’s a different tree — they use the sub-account you created.

FAQ

About sub-accounts

Do sub-accounts cost extra?

No. You still pay for devices. Regular accounts default to 6, partners to 50. Ask us to raise it — still no extra fee.

Can a sub-account see my other devices?

No. They only see what you assigned. A device belongs to one sub-account at a time; assigning it to someone else takes it back from the previous person.

Can they buy Cloud Devices or connect their own phones?

Neither. They can’t order Cloud Devices or connect new Home Devices. Wallet and top-up are closed to them. Only the main account buys, then assigns. Books and ownership stay clear.

Can I give mirroring but not scripts?

Not today. Permission is “which devices”, not “which features”. If you don’t want them touching something, control it by what you assign.

Is there a lease term? Does it auto-reclaim?

No term. You reclaim in the console; it takes effect immediately. Don’t confuse that with the device’s own billing — monthly/yearly is paid by the main account, and when that expires the device stops.

Will the platform collect rent from my customer?

No. How much, how, and when is between you two. We don’t participate, don’t take a cut, and don’t escrow. Freedom on price; collection and support are on you.

Can I assign to an account that already exists?

No. Only sub-accounts under you. If they already have a standalone WangzhaPro account, they log in with the sub-account you gave them to use your devices.

Connect one device and walk the assignment

Home Device has no setup fee. Create a sub-account, assign it to another login of yours, and you’ll know in five minutes if this is what you wanted.
