Run Telegram support and community phones remotely

Telegram multi-account is usually support and communities. Devices have to be assignable. Accounts should not live in someone’s pocket.

Where Telegram support phones get stuck

1

The support number is on an employee’s phone

They leave, the chats leave with them. Sub-accounts assign by device; revoke is immediate.

2

Several numbers hopping on one device

Sessions, notifications, and logins tangle. You can’t tell which number failed.

3

Someone has to sit at the PC client

A shift change or a flight and you lose the queue. If the phone has network, open a browser.

What we cover

Split support and community numbers onto real iPhones

Telegram multi-account is usually support and communities. The failure mode is the number living in someone’s pocket. Sub-accounts assign by device; revoke is immediate.

Take the support number off the employee’s personal phone

Connect the device. Sub-accounts only see the phones assigned to them. When they leave, disable the sub-account — chats stay.

Split support numbers and community numbers

Don’t hop several numbers on one phone. Sessions and notifications tangle; you can’t tell which number failed.

A shift change is opening a browser

Connect from anywhere. Nobody has to sit at the desk that has the desktop client.

FAQ

Telegram on real iPhones — usual questions

Someone left and the chats are still on their phone. Now what?

Don’t put support numbers on personal phones. Connect them, assign by device, revoke immediately.

Can Telegram clone on one phone?

Home Device supports app cloning. High-value support numbers should still be one-per-device. Community numbers are your risk call.

Is Cloud Device OK for on-camera support?

Cloud Device cameras point at a facility — not for talent on camera. Text support and community admin are fine. Face-on work should use Home Device.

How do I choose vs the WhatsApp page?

WhatsApp is glued to the SIM and the device, so that page defaults to one number per phone. Telegram more often fails because the number lives in someone’s pocket.

Connect one device and see it work

Home Device has no setup fee. Connect one, run your own flow, then decide whether to scale. Cloud Device is billed in 30-day cycles and stops if you don’t renew.
