How to open a sub-account and assign devices

Sub-accounts aren’t billed extra. Assign Home Device or Cloud Device by machine to staff or customers. They only see what you gave them. Not a rental marketplace — we don’t take a cut or collect.

Sub-accounts split devices to other people: staff inside the team, or clients outside. Same mechanism.

The sub-account itself is not billed. You still pay for devices. A normal account can open 6; an agent account defaults to 50. Ask us to raise the cap. No extra fee.

Steps

  1. Devices sit on the main account: your iPhones as Home Device, or Cloud Devices you started. Both can be assigned.
  2. Create a sub-account, or send an invite link. They get their own username and password — they don’t share yours.
  3. Assign by machine. Instant. Take back from the console without waiting on them.

The two uses (internal vs rent-out): Sub-accounts & assignment.

What they can and cannot do

Can Cannot
Devices they see Only what you assigned The rest of your fleet
Buy / connect new phones Cannot buy Cloud Device or connect their own Home Device
Wallet Top-up is closed for them
Permission grain Full capability on that phone Cannot grant mirroring only

A phone belongs to one sub-account at a time. Assigning it to someone else takes it back from the previous person.

This is not a rental marketplace

No lease term, no auto-reclaim. You take it back by hand. Price and collection are between you and them. We don’t take a cut, collect, or guarantee.

You also cannot assign a phone to an existing independent WangzhaPro account. They must sign in as your sub-account.

Connect one device and see it work

Home Device has no setup fee. Connect one, run your own flow, then decide whether to scale. Cloud Device is billed in 30-day cycles and stops if you don’t renew.
