How to install apps on Cloud Device (no Apple ID)

Cloud Device cannot sign in to Apple ID or the App Store. Install from the console app market. If an app is missing, ask sales to put it on the phone.

Cloud Device cannot sign in to Apple ID, and cannot download from the App Store. Common apps come from the console app market. If it isn’t there, ask sales to install it on the phone.

Do not keep trying Apple ID in Settings. That path is closed on Cloud Device.

One phone

  1. Open the device list, find the Cloud Device.
  2. Click Connect to open the mirror window.
  3. Open App market in the right toolbar, find the app (TikTok, for example), install.
  4. Wait for the icon on the home screen, then sign in to your product account — not Apple ID.

Many phones

Select the devices and use synced group control. Install on the master; the selection follows. Or install a whole group.

Not in the market

Send sales the app name and which phones. Don’t try Apple ID as a workaround.

Home Device also has app cloning and cleanup. Cloud Device is ready-to-use hardware; software goes through the market.

Connect one device and see it work

Home Device has no setup fee. Connect one, run your own flow, then decide whether to scale. Cloud Device is billed in 30-day cycles and stops if you don’t renew.
