It is not an Android cloud phone
Android cloud phones are usually virtual instances. One host is sliced into many Android environments, which is why they sell for a few dollars a month. If an “iOS cloud phone” has that cost structure, it is probably not a real iPhone.

- No Apple ID, no App Store. Apps go through the in-console market
- No app cloning and no data wipe (those are Home Device)
- Not for on-camera talent — the lens does not point at you
